Steps:

The user prepares to remove the item:

The user wants to remove a communication item

The user logs in the Dean’s Communication System

The system verifies if it is a valid ID

The user determines which category of announcement it is

The user removes the item:

The user selects the category from a drop down selection

The user selects the item under the category to edit

The system asks the user to confirm that they want to delete the item

The system removes the item from the web interface
