Steps:

The user prepares to edit the item:

The user wants to edit a communication item

The user logs in the Dean’s Communication System

The system verifies if it is a valid ID

The user determines which category of announcement it is

The user edits the item:

The user selects the category from a drop down selection

The user selects the item under the category to edit

The user makes the necessary changes to the item

The system asks the user to confirm that they want to change the item

The system updates the item on the web interface
