- The system will have a Web interface.

- Categories of the system:

Announcements-Post Announcements

Calendar- Access a calenar to insert or remove appointments

Awards- Post Awards granted to students or faculty

Meetings- Post meetings

Important Dates- Post important dates

Grant Opportunities- Post grant opportunities

- The system needs two different views: Students and Faculty/Staff.

- Students will not have access to faculty/staff meetings or workshops

- The systems needs to be password authenticated
