Description:

A Pace user wants to add a communication item, the user adds the item under a respective category and it has to be decided if the item is going to be viewed by all.

 

Steps:

The user prepares add the important announcements:

The user has a CSIS announcement to make

The user logs in the Dean’s Communication System

The system verifies if it is a valid ID

The user determines which category of announcement it is

The user decide if the announcement will be view by all (students, faculty, and staff)

The user posts the item:

The system verifies if the report was filled properly

The system ask the user to confirm that they want to post the item

The system post the item on the web interface
